The Viega Sanpress Inox 1.4521 pipe is characterised by its first-class quality and remarkable durability. As a material, grade 1.4521 steel has a higher chromium and molybdenum content, and benefits from dual stabilisation with titanium and niobium. This results in a PREN (pitting resistance equivalent number) of > 24 – clearly demonstrating the material’s exceptional resistance. A modern laser welding process without any filler materials is used for production, which enables the creation of narrow weld seams.
Viega Sanpress Inox XL – versatile solutions in a large format
The Sanpress Inox stainless steel press connectors are also available in the larger dimensions of 64, 76.1, 88.9 and 108 mm, and are used in a wide range of building services and industrial applications. The XL versions are characterised by their high level of practicality and extensive product range. Consequently, they can be used even under challenging spatial conditions. The product range includes XL slip couplings, flanges from DN 60 to DN 100, and many other adapter solutions for the straightforward installation of water filters, fittings or measuring devices, for example. A special feature is the 64 mm dimension, which bridges the gap between the 54 and 76.1 mm diameters.
